Return & Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made directly from VagusMD.

Return Windows

Physical devices and accessories: 90 days from delivery.

Supplements and essential oils: 30 days from delivery. Bottles may be opened or used, but you must return the bottle and all included components.

Eligibility

Items should be in the same condition you received them and include all original components, manuals, and packaging unless otherwise noted. For supplements and essential oils, opened or used items are returnable when the original bottle or container is returned.

Pillows (VagusSleep and Vagus Side Pillow) are returnable. For hygiene reasons, a cleaning or restocking fee may be deducted if items are returned used or require special cleaning.

Gift cards are nonrefundable.

How to Start a Return

Email support@op.marketing with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. Wait for approval and instructions before sending anything back.

Send returns to: RAKEZ Compass Coworking Centre, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or the wrong item was shipped. Use a trackable service and keep your receipt.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain replacement pads or opened accessories may not be returnable. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (if any) cannot be returned. Gift cards are nonrefundable.

Digital Products and Subscriptions

Unless required by law, digital products, downloads, and subscription services are nonrefundable once delivered or activated. You may cancel a subscription renewal any time before the renewal date. If access has not yet been delivered or activated, we can cancel and refund upon request.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted. You may start a return for the item you have and, once accepted, place a new order for the desired item, or contact us for a direct exchange if inventory allows.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
